1. About Subjective Match

Subjective Match is a reflective practice platform designed to help athletes reflect on training and competition, develop greater self-awareness, and recognise patterns in their sporting experiences over time. By creating an account or using Subjective Match, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Subjective Match. Subjective Match is currently operated by: Miltos Prastitis Email: as.prastitis@gmail.com Phone: +357 97 603500

2. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You should not share your password with another person or allow another person to use your account. If you believe that someone has accessed your account without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible. Each account is intended for use by the individual athlete who created it, unless Subjective Match introduces a separate account type or authorised access system in the future.

3. Using Subjective Match

Subjective Match is intended to provide athletes with a private space for structured reflection on their sporting experiences. You may use Subjective Match to record reflections, review previous experiences, receive AI-generated reflective content, and use other features made available through the platform. You agree not to: Use Subjective Match for unlawful purposes. Attempt to access another user’s account or private information. Attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform or its security. Use automated systems or other methods to abuse the service or generate excessive requests. Use Subjective Match to threaten, harass, abuse, or intentionally harm another person. Provide false information in order to impersonate another person. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the platform, or the security of the service.

4. Your Reflections and Content

The reflections, notes, answers and other personal content you enter into Subjective Match remain yours. By using Subjective Match, you give us permission to process and store that content only as necessary to provide and operate the service, including generating the reflective features you request. We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections. Your reflections are private by default. Other athletes cannot access your reflections. Coaches, clubs, teams or sporting organisations do not automatically receive access to your reflections. If Subjective Match introduces sharing features in the future, your reflections will only be shared when you explicitly choose to share them, except where disclosure may be required by law.

5. AI Mirrors and Artificial Intelligence

Subjective Match uses artificial intelligence to support reflective practice. When you use an AI-powered feature, some of the information from your reflection may be processed by AI services in order to generate your AI Mirror, Chapters, or other reflective content. AI-generated content is based on the information you provide and may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or interpret your reflection differently from how you intended it. An AI Mirror is designed to encourage reflection. It is not an objective assessment of you, your ability, your personality, or your potential as an athlete. AI-generated content provided by Subjective Match is not a substitute for professional coaching, psychological care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or other professional services. You should use AI-generated content as a tool for reflection rather than as a statement of fact or professional judgement.

6. Coaches, Clubs and Other People

Subjective Match is designed around the athlete’s personal reflective experience. Creating or using an athlete account does not give a coach, club, teammate, parent, sporting organisation, or other person automatic access to that athlete’s reflections. Where sharing features are made available, the athlete will be able to decide what they choose to share, subject to any additional rules that may apply to accounts for younger athletes. Future coach, club or organisation features may be governed by additional terms specific to those services.

7. Athletes Under 18

Subjective Match may be used by athletes under the age of 18 where permitted by applicable law. Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is legally required, that consent must be obtained before the young athlete creates or uses an account. Where a coach, club, school or sporting organisation introduces Subjective Match to younger athletes, that organisation is responsible for ensuring that any consent it is legally required to obtain has been obtained. Parents, guardians, coaches and organisations do not automatically receive access to a young athlete’s private reflections merely because they have provided consent or introduced the athlete to Subjective Match. We may introduce additional safeguards, age requirements, parental consent mechanisms, or youth-specific features as the platform develops.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Your use of Subjective Match is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, how AI processing works, how information is protected, and the rights available to users. Please read the Privacy Policy before using Subjective Match.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

Subjective Match is an evolving platform and may change over time. We may add, modify, test, temporarily suspend, or remove features as the service develops. During beta or testing periods, some features may contain errors, change without notice, or occasionally become unavailable. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but we cannot guarantee that Subjective Match will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Where a significant change affects your rights or the way your personal information is handled, we will update the relevant terms or policies and provide notice where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Subjective Match at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where: These Terms have been seriously or repeatedly violated. The platform is being deliberately abused. Another user’s privacy or security is being threatened. Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected. We are required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide notice before suspending or terminating an account, unless doing so would create a security, legal, or safety risk.

11. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Subjective Match account. When your account is deleted, the personal data associated with it—including your profile, reflections, AI Mirrors and Chapters—will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any information we are legally required to retain. Account deletion is intended to be permanent. You may also contact us at as.prastitis@gmail.com regarding deletion of your account or personal information.

12. No Professional Advice

Subjective Match is a reflective practice tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other healthcare services. It also does not replace the judgement of a qualified coach or other appropriately qualified professional. If you require medical, psychological, or other professional assistance, you should seek help from an appropriately qualified professional rather than relying on Subjective Match or its AI-generated content.

13. Responsibility and Limitations

We work to provide a reliable and useful service, but Subjective Match and its AI-generated content are provided without a guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your reflections, AI-generated content, or other information provided through the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Subjective Match and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

The Subjective Match platform—including its name, branding, design, software, interface, original written material and other platform content—is owned by or licensed to Subjective Match and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Subjective Match platform or its intellectual property to you. This does not give Subjective Match ownership of your personal reflections. Your reflections and personal content remain yours as described in Section 4.

15. Third-Party Services

Subjective Match relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate parts of the platform, including services for authentication, data storage, hosting, and artificial intelligence. Your information will only be processed through these services as necessary to operate Subjective Match and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may change service providers as the platform develops, provided that appropriate privacy and security requirements continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as Subjective Match develops. When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users within the platform. Where applicable law requires renewed consent to a change, we will request it before the change applies to you.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer or data protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
